This is the closest thing to authentic Italian pizza I’ve found in Oregon thus far. The crust was flakey thin but not floppy. The mozzarella was fresh and flavorful. The tomato’s were fresh and bright. All of the flavors in this dish were combining to create a wonderful experience overall. The staff was also amazing and being able to see into the kitchen at the bar was an experience in itself. You can see how much care and dedication each and every person puts into their work at this place. 100% recommend to anyone who drives through McMinnville or if you just need a place to go.

Very authentic Italian restaurant! Great location if you are coming back from a long day of wine tasting. My top choices were margarita pizza, bianca pizza, and lasagna. We enjoyed the outdoor side walk seating since the side walk wasn’t too crowded. Our server was really nice and attentive during our dining experience.

Enjoyed a special birthday lunch stop at family-friendly Nick’s and had a great experience. Attentive staff, comfy atmosphere and best of all the food! We shared a lot, and loved the meatball app, and the oven roasted broccolini was perfection! Our pasta main was a treat as well, and my daughter devoured the complimentary bread.
